Imaikalani DeVault is an explosive surfer that has already been gathering comparisons to fellow Maui surfer Dusty Payne. Raised on the windy peaks of Ho`okipa, Imai has made a name for himself as a freesurfer. Yet, Imai can back it up in a singlet, and DeVault winning the 2011 Hawaii State Surfing Championships proves that point.
