Koa Smith is a hyper talented surfer that has shown flashes of pure brilliance over the past 2 winters. When the conditions get wild, Koa comes into his own. While this hasn’t always spilled over into the competitive side of surfing, Koa is one of the most talented surfers in Hawaii. A member of the past 3 Hawaii Surf Team excursions and a bronze medalist in New Zealand, 2013 could be the year Koa pulls it all together to win gold.
